**What You'll Do:**

* Prepare monthly financial statements for diverse industries, including healthcare, hospitality, and real estate.
* Reconcile bank statements and balance the ledger for accurate reporting.
* Assist with audits and prepare necessary reports for state, mortgage, and banking compliance.
* Process invoices, tenant billing, and CAM reconciliations.

**What You'll Need:**

* A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
* At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Proficiency in accounting software.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
