Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Client Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, with the overarching goal of delivering exceptional customer service. Adopt a proactive approach rather than a reactive one, anticipating client needs and addressing issues before they escalate.
  • Account Expertise: Stay thoroughly informed about changes made by media buyers and coworkers. Provide clients with knowledgeable and prompt responses, establishing yourself as the expert for each account you manage. Ensure you are always up-to-date with the latest developments and can provide accurate information swiftly.
  • Promise Delivery and Issue Mitigation: Ensure that all commitments made to clients are fulfilled, and take proactive steps to identify and mitigate any potential issues. This includes monitoring deliverables, timelines, and quality to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project execution. Ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards the same objectives.
  • Strategic Creative Asset Development: Strategize new design and creative assets for ads based on your in-depth knowledge of each client. Ensure all assets are approved and launched in a timely manner, aligning with client expectations and campaign goals.
  • Project Ownership and Leadership: Take full ownership and lead projects, ensuring they are not merely managed but are effectively steered from conception to completion. Maintain team alignment and motivation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of objectives and progress.
  • Client Communication: Lead all client communications and calls, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with clients, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Budget Monitoring and Profitability: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction. Be prepared to say "no" to clients when necessary to protect the team from undue workloads, while managing the relationship positively.
  • Independent Analysis Reporting: Run 80% of analysis reports independently, minimizing the need for involvement from strategists or upper management. Develop and present comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Dashboard Management: Manage dashboards for each client, collaborating with the reporting team to customize as needed for effective data delivery. Ensure that clients have access to accurate and up-to-date performance metrics.
  • Client Education and Upselling: Educate clients on additional MVR offerings that can enhance their goal achievement rates. Identify opportunities for upselling and present these to clients in a way that demonstrates clear value and benefits.
  • Comprehensive Account Management: Take charge of the entire account when needed, updating ads, emails, or other elements to deliver exceptional service in the absence of a coworker. Ensure continuity and maintain service quality at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in client success or account management, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools for remote work.
