Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar

Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while checking in on guests periodically

Handle requests and complaints with professionalism and care

Suggest menu items and promote specials

Keep the dining area clean and organized

Requirements

Proven experience as a waiter or a willingness and ability to learn quickly

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, late hours, and weekends

Basic math skills for cash handling and tips

Physical stamina to stand and move during shifts
