  • Stay ahead of design trends to enhance North’s brand and user experience

  • 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX/UI designer
  • Have an available online portfolio
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototypes, templates)
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and branding
  • Ability to balance product and marketing design, crafting experiences that resonate with users
  • Experience designing landing pages, social media assets, and marketing materials
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions
  • A growth mindset, ready to iterate quickly and embrace feedback

  • Experience working at a B2B SaaS or fintech startup
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, finance, or enterprise software
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation tools
  • Strong storytelling skills, translating complex ideas into simple, compelling visuals
