Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager for our Fortune 50 Entertainment and Media client, one of the most recognized and innovative brands in the world. Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management:

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee multiple concurrent Salesforce initiatives, including large-scale programs with multi-cloud implementations and cross-functional team coordination.
• Develop and manage detailed program roadmaps, ensuring dependencies, risks, and resources are clearly identified and addressed.
• Monitor program performance, KPIs, and budget to ensure successful delivery while continuously optimizing processes.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to maintain team alignment and velocity.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Salesforce Development & Technical Expertise:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations.
• Architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices and business goals.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Ensure proper implementation of Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
• Develop custom applications and workflows within Salesforce to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Guide teams on resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks.

Program Risk & Stakeholder Management:

• Identify program risks, dependencies, and critical issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and buy-in for Salesforce programs, presenting technical solutions in a business-friendly manner.
• Maintain consistent communication with executive sponsors and program stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

• Establish and enforce code quality standards, ensuring error-free deployments and system reliability.
• Conduct performance tuning and system optimization to maximize Salesforce platform benefits.
• Provide post-implementation support, ensuring knowledge transfer, system stability, and user adoption.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance platform usability, security, and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Technical Background:

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, design patterns, and best practices for scalable solutions.

Program & Project Management:

• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce-focused programs and projects, including enhancements, implementations, and integrations.
• Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce programs with cross-functional team involvement.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
