Job Role – Technical Scrum Master with Development Exp.

Experience Range – 10-15 yrs expr max.

Location – Onsite Draper, Utah (Hybrid – 2/3 days in office / week)

Job Description :

We need Scrum Masters with technical background (preferably).

• A Scrum Master’s responsibilities include managing the product backlog, facilitating ceremonies, removing obstacles, and coaching the team.
• Product backlog Define the product vision, Manage the product backlog, and Help the team understand the product backlog’s goal.
• Facilitate ceremonies Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, Facilitate sprint planning meetings, and Facilitate sprint reviews.
• Remove obstacles Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress Identify potential distractions or obstacles
• Coach the team Help team members expand their skill sets and knowledge bases Guide individuals on how to think and act in a Scrum-appropriate manner
• Other responsibilities Maintain team collaboration Ensure the team is well-trained and understands the agile processes Facilitate communication with managers Keep the team focused on tasks that must be done in each iteration Teach Scrum practices and principles
