About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be critical to the success of our team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
• Ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Assist guests with any requests or needs they may have during their stay
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Skills:

As a Room Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and time management skills to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will also use your communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, your knowledge of cleaning products and equipment will help you to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
