Job Description
We are looking for an experienced on-site property manager who will be responsible for the management at this 114-unit property. This will include collecting and depositing rent, working with excel, word, and yardi, communicating professionally with tenants, and coordinating maintenance through our roving maintenance and on-site maintenance team, as well as outside vendors when appropriate.

The Employee will live on site in a renovated 2BR2BA apartment. There is also a renovated and spacious dedicated on-site office for the employee to work from.
