Overview: Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an Intensivist to the Medicine - Pulmonary/Critical Care group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Harlem Hospital is a designated Level 1 Trauma Center and is recognized for providing centers of excellence in the areas of Bariatric Surgery, Breast Imaging and Sexual Assault Forensics. Our teams provide services for nearly 213,000 outpatient visits, more than 83,000 emergency room visits and over 13,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards. Responsibilities: The Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Division of NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, is a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in NYC, seeks an academically oriented, clinically adept Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join its staff full time. NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem supports a very robust IM residency training program and serves as a major clinical site for Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. PCCM includes all aspects of pulmonary medicine, critical care, and out-patient pulmonary.
