We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mitigation and restoration, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements.
• Schedule and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of restoration projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed to specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular updates to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the restoration process.
• Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports to senior management and clients as required.
• Ensure proper documentation of all work performed for future reference and compliance.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including field staff and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in water restoration or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of water damage restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Xactimate/XactAnalysis and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 Construction (required).
• Certifications in water damage restoration (e.g., IICRC certification).
• Experience with insurance claims and working with insurance adjusters.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
