Job Description
General Responsibility: The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Project and Program Managers with the overall project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards of new Surgere installations and expansion initiatives. They work with and direct internal teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project development and execution, while meeting all internal and external milestones and deadlines. The Project Coordinator is expected to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
Project Coordinator Job Duties: - Partner with the sales and program management to understand customer expectations and have clearly defined business and technical requirements.
- Manage installation projects through clear communication with internal/external partners, coordination of resources, on-site management and/or remote oversight of installation partners, thorough training of customers on our hardware and the Interius platform, and an effective transition of ongoing support to Customer Care and Program Management Teams.
- Support project schedules and milestone tracking.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project updates, reporting, and meeting planning.
- Work with Procurement on the required hardware and/or services from suppliers ensuring on-time delivery and installation.
- Balance multiple projects in various stages of implementation adjusting quickly as required by end-user schedule changes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Engage the program manager and/or project manager to defuse any volatile customer situations.
- Act quickly to resolve technical issues leveraging the program manager and/or project manager and the Surgere Customer Care and Technology teams.
- Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Effectively run weekly status calls with assigned clients as necessary.
- Ensure 100% of Surgere's clients are "Raving Fans".

Physical Requirements: - May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- PPE must be worn where required when working in manufacturing or industrial environments
Travel: 20-25%
