Hello, Spring Creek Healthcare in Salt Lake City, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time Nursing Home Administrator. Operated by Cascades Healthcare, Spring Creek is a 92-bed primarily long-term care facility in the Millcreek area.

Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission
• Create and maintain a wonderful place for our employees to work, and for our residents to live
• Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team; ensure they work together effectively
• Hire (and fire) staff and employees at every level
• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed
• Provide regular safety and compliance training
• Create and maintain a budget to ensure sustainable profitability
• Act as the 'face' of the organization to the governing board, the public, and residents' families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and families

Requirements:

• Prefer one year successful SNF Administrator experience
• Very detail-oriented, especially with financial matters
• Current State NHA license in good standing
• Sincere concern for both employees and residents
• Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration highly preferred)
