We are an independent Owner-Operator seeking a reliable and professional Local Semi-Truck Driver to operate our equipment for local shipments. This role is ideal for an experienced driver who enjoys consistent routes, daily home time, and working in a smaller, driver-focused operation.

• Operate a semi-truck to transport freight to local customers safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring freight is properly secured and handled with care.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, maintaining on-time deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle remains in excellent condition.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
• Communicate regularly with the owner for load assignments and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate records, including delivery logs, inspection reports, and mileage documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points, representing the owner-operator professionally.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements.
• At least 3 years of experience driving a semi-truck, preferably with local delivery experience.
• Clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including loading and unloading freight.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining the equipment in good condition.

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work based on customer demand.
• Morning or afternoon start times depending on route assignments.
• Home daily with predictable hours.

• Competitive pay based on mileage or hourly rate or percentage.
• Fuel cards provided to cover fuel expenses during routes.
• Support from the owner for vehicle maintenance and operational needs.
