Maximus is seeking a Junior Storage Administrator to provide expertise to a federal client in support of their mission critical systems in defense of our Homeland.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Storage Administrator to join our team. As a Storage Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's storage i nfrastructure. Your role will involve overseeing storage a dministration, provisioning, troubleshootin g, and ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our storage systems.Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS217, T1, Band 4
Specific Responsibiliti es:
· Administer and maintain the storage i nfrastructure, including storage area networks (SAN), · Monitor storage performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure optimal throughput and reliability. · Work with storage technologies such as Fibre Channel, RAID c onfigurations, and other storage v isualizations. · Manage storage with common industry tools and frameworks such as EMC Unisphere and IBM Storage Manager. · Provision storage resources and allocate space to meet the needs of the organization's applications and data. · Troubleshoot and resolve storage issues, collaborating with cross-function al teams and vendors as necessary. · Implement and maintain storage security measures, including access controls, encryption, and data protection mechanisms. · Conduct storage capacity planning and forecasting to accommodate future growth and changing business requirements. · Create and maintain documentation related to storage c onfigurations, procedures, and troubleshootin g guides. · Ensure appropriate storage medium are controlled and accounted for in the inventory, and released to off-site processes and to on-site storage areasMinimum Requirements

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
