Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking an IT Director to join our team! Springpoint Senior Living, Inc., headquartered in Wall Township, NJ is seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team. This role has direct ownership of strategy, execution, and daily operations. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role will ensure that Springpoint has the necessary technology and operational processes to deliver IT services with the on-time delivery of IT projects. The IT Director is a technology leader, hands on technologist, and manager of multiple outsourced vendors who owns, implements and operates technology infrastructure and applications.This role is expected to be "hands-on" and will work collaboratively with multiple outsourced vendors to deliver success.
Responsibilities: - Lead all aspects of technology infrastructure engineering, operations, and management of cloud-based production systems to ensure availability, performance, and scalability.
- Manage, innovate, and create new processes, automation, and tooling that continuously improve our product and services' availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
- Define strategy, processes, and procedures for 24x7 site reliability, run books, escalation workflows, production incident resolution, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ownership of all Cloud, Network, Desktop, Server, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise computing software (Fortinet, AD, M365 E5, GoSecure, Barracuda, VOIP (RingCentral), PBX Systems, etc.).
- Ownership of all Microsoft services, including AD, DNS, DHCP scopes, etc.Execution support by 3rd party Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Manage outsourced helpdesk and desktop support to optimize end user experience with both support and the computing environment.
- Oversee budgeting for desktop, technology infrastructure and cloud computing.
- Information Security Execution.
- Research technological solutions to problems and technical opportunities.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of management and across all functional areas regarding applicable IT priorities and project statuses.
- Build and maintain information technology with the capability that reflects innovation and is consistent with company needs and budget.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicts and issues regarding matters of significance.
Education and Experience: - BS - in Life Sciences, Engineering, or IT related discipline preferred- or applicable work experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365), Helpdesk Management, Server, Networking and multi-site environments
- Strong Incident Management, Trouble Shooting, and Root Cause
- Proficient in Information Security, preferably in a healthcare environment.
