Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toVP Americas Customer ServicesYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. The work model for the role is remote. #LI-Remote This role is contributing to the Measurement & Analytics division working remote location within Dallas, TX ideally or in Southwestern US such as Oklahoma City, OK. You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. You will be mainly accountable for: •Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points. •Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform. •Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. •Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.Qualifications for the role Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of engineering / field experience Minimum of 2 years of field engineering experience.Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% as required. Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid passport and driver's license. Technical skills in startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and unplanned maintenance of gas analyzers.Ability to build strong customer relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with minimum supervision We are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role.
