The PDS Health Summer Intern Program is a 10-week, on-site, full-time, paid internship that provides undergraduate students with invaluable insight and experience into the operation of a large multi-state employer.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the evaluation and metrics for multiple programs after implementation, including coordination and collaboration with impacted departments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
• Utilize operational analysis, trending, benchmarking, and research to support leadership and managers in the effective reporting on talent and learning activity across the organization
• Assists with various aspects of the talent & learning data management process including data input
• Maintains and merges multiple Excel data files without error or data corruption
• Gathers and manipulates data in Excel, and provides updates to leadership as required
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Current or recent enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program in Data Science, or a related field
• Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, proactive, ambitious, customer
  service focused
• Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information
• Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team

Location: On-site at the Irvine Support Center in Irvine, CA.

Compensation Information

$22.60-$29.40 / Hourly PDS Health
