Job Description

The Customer Experience Program Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic transformation initiatives aimed at driving a customer-obsessed culture transformation in GSC NAM.

What will you do?
  • Drive process excellence, standard work, and governance in managing key strategic customer experience programs for GSC NAM.
  • Understand current state and develop process to deploy critical initiatives with clear KPIs
  • Define and implement project plans with clear timelines and milestones working with key business partners
  • Independently lead projects, scoping the project & work streams with a deep understanding of inter-dependencies with key stakeholders and other functions
  • Collaborate effectively with the various functional teams to determine priorities and agree solutions
  • Produce timely, detailed summaries high level reports
  • Implement governance model to ensure stakeholder alignment between the customer experience organization and operations, line of business, and global CX teams

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into simple narratives with actionable insights.
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Leads with influence, works well with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking and vision.
  • Travel up to 30%

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • BS degree required; MBA, Master's in project management or other related experience
  • Experience with project management tools or metric tracking/reporting tools preferred
  • Six-sigma training on continuous improvement is preferred
  • Experience in process mapping, process development, and standard work creation preferred
