Responsibilities of APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

• Part of technology leadership team, assisting with department operations involving all development of applications
• Oversite of all development teams and associated projects, timelines, work flows
• Produce software design and architecture
• Write, revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Provides robust test environment to deploy applications
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Train, coach and grow the maturity of teams and associates

Preferred Qualifications of APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

• BS degree preferred
• 8+ years knowledge base of development and staff management
• Extensive knowledge of development, design, project management
• .NET, C# & PL/SWL, Oracle
