Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Patient Care Representatives. In this role, you'll guide potential patients through their journey, from initial contact to consultation setup. Key Responsibilities:
Qualify Potential Patients: Use effective questioning to understand patient needs and determine alignment with dental implant solutions.
Provide Empathetic Support: Communicate clearly and compassionately to address concerns, set expectations, and build trust with patients.
Manage Patient Relationships: Handle a portfolio of leads from web inquiries and inbound calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong relationships.
Meet Goals: Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and activity, working exclusively with warm leads—no cold calling required.
Maintain Records: Use CRM tools like Zoho CRM and Open Dental to keep detailed, organized records and track patient interactions.
Collaborate: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on patient needs and provide seamless support.
Qualifications:
Experience: Customer service or sales experience, particularly in healthcare or dentistry, is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working remotely.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM and Open Dental preferred) and familiarity with standard office software.
Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
