Paul Davis Restoration is a full-service contractor that provides services to repair and clean up damage to residential and commercial properties from fire, water, mold, storm or other disasters. BASIC FUNCTIONS : Professionally represent the company mission statement, vision and values while maintaining the financial and accounting records of the company. Utilize established accounting, bookkeeping and clerical procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS :

• Utilize accounting and project management software (RMS, QuickBooks, TSheets)
• Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements
• Maintain employee and personnel files
• Job costing
• Process accounts payable
• Process accounts receivable and collections
• Process payroll and remit payroll taxes
• Perform job cost analysis
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Office supply inventory
• Remit sales and use taxes (Accountant prepared)
• Reconcile bank balances and make bank deposits
• Perform month end close
• Process quarterly and year-end government reporting
• Monitor office and overhead expenses
• Attend meetings
• Report directly to company owner
• Miscellaneous job duties as directed
