Position Overview
The Staffing Supervisor position is responsible for supporting the essential operation of the office. This position is responsible for recruiting the best possible candidate for each open order, providing superior customer service to the Clients and supporting the Branch Manager in supervising the office. Staffing Supervisors are responsible for the compliance and adherence to state and federal employment laws as well as Masterson Staffing Solutions Standard Operating Procedures.
